What is the P.E.S. Methodology?
Plan. Evolve. Succeed. — the framework behind every engagement. We set the strategic foundation (Plan), sharpen your offers and build the systems (Evolve), then activate growth at the right pace (Succeed).
Do I have to start with the Reality Check?
For guided or built engagements, yes — it's how we diagnose accurately and route you to the right track instead of guessing. Its cost credits in full toward whatever you buy next. If you'd rather start self-serve, the P.E.S. Toolkits need no call.
What's the difference between the Advisory and Build tracks?
Advisory means we guide you and you execute — strategy, structure, and systems design you run yourself. Build means we do the work for you — custom apps, automation, and platforms built and handed over. The Blueprint is the paid scoping step that bridges the two when a guided client decides they want something built.
How do payments work?
Project builds typically split 40% up front, 40% at milestone, 20% on launch. Smaller engagements run 50/50. Retainers and Care are billed monthly in advance. Every engagement is scoped and signed before work begins.
Who owns the app and the IP?
You do. You own the application and all IP we deliver. We retain the right to reuse generic patterns and components across other engagements.
Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
We're based in Wauconda, Illinois, serving Lake County and the greater Chicago area — and we run engagements virtually nationwide.
